CHRISTIAN LIFE COACHING

Biblical, practical, Holy Spirit-led coaching to help you clarify your next steps, overcome obstacles, grow in wisdom, and live more faithfully in your God-given calling.

Christian Life Coaching & Calling Coaching

Get biblical wisdom, practical guidance, and Spirit-led support for your next faithful step.

Life can become complicated quickly. You may be facing a major decision, feeling stuck, navigating relationship challenges, trying to clarify your calling, rebuilding after a difficult season, or simply needing a wise and objective person to help you think through your next steps.

Christian life coaching gives you a structured, supportive space to process what is happening in your life, evaluate your options, clarify your goals, and move forward with wisdom, faith, and practical action.

This is not about hype, self-help, or chasing worldly success. It is about helping you live a more faithful, fruitful, self-controlled, Spirit-led, and purpose-filled life before God.

How Christian Life Coaching Can Help

Christian life coaching may be a good fit if you want help with:

  • Clarifying your purpose, calling, gifts, or next steps
  • Making an important life, ministry, career, or relationship decision
  • Getting unstuck and creating a realistic plan of action
  • Strengthening your personal leadership, discipline, and follow-through
  • Growing in emotional wisdom and self-control
  • Navigating conflict, communication, or relationship challenges
  • Improving your work, ministry, or career direction
  • Developing healthier rhythms, habits, and priorities
  • Processing obstacles that keep repeating in your life
  • Bringing biblical wisdom into practical everyday decisions

Some people come with one clear issue. Others know something needs to change but are not sure where to begin. Either way, coaching can help you slow down, gain clarity, and take the next faithful step.

A Christian Approach to Coaching

Christian coaching is different from simply receiving advice, motivation, or strategy.

Our coaching process brings together biblical wisdom, practical experience, prayerful discernment, personal responsibility, and action-oriented planning.

The goal is not to tell you what to do with your life. The goal is to help you better understand what is happening, seek God’s wisdom, recognize what may be holding you back, and respond faithfully.

A coaching session may include:

  • Clarifying the real issue beneath the surface
  • Asking better questions
  • Identifying patterns, obstacles, and opportunities
  • Applying biblical truth to your situation
  • Creating practical next steps
  • Strengthening accountability and follow-through
  • Helping you make wise decisions before God

Common Areas of Focus

We may help support individuals navigating areas such as:

    Calling, Purpose & Direction

Many people feel stuck because they are unclear about who God has made them to be, what season they are in, or what faithful next step they should take.

Coaching can help you explore your gifts, passions, experience, values, burdens, opportunities, and responsibilities so you can move forward with greater clarity and peace.

This may include life direction, ministry calling, personal mission, spiritual gifts, vocational decisions, or a major transition.

        Career, Work & Ministry Direction

Your work matters to God. Whether you are looking for a new job, trying to advance in your current field, discerning a ministry path, developing a nonprofit or business idea, or trying to bring the light of Christ into your workplace, coaching can help you think more clearly and act more strategically.

        This may include:

        • Career direction
        • Resume or interview strategy
        • Ministry or nonprofit planning
        • Workplace challenges
        • Leadership development
        • Calling and vocation alignment
        • Business or project development

          Emotional Wisdom & Personal Growth

Many people are not stuck because they lack information. They are stuck because of fear, discouragement, confusion, unhealthy patterns, poor boundaries, unresolved wounds, or difficulty managing emotions.

Christian coaching can help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional wisdom, personal responsibility, and practical tools for growth. This is especially useful when you need help turning insight into action.

            Relationships, Communication & Conflict

Relationships often reveal where we need wisdom, maturity, humility, courage, and love.

Coaching can help you think through communication challenges, relationship patterns, boundaries, conflict, forgiveness, expectations, and next steps.

This can be helpful for family relationships, friendships, dating, marriage-related concerns, church relationships, workplace dynamics, or ministry conflict.

            Leadership, Discipline & Life Management

Sometimes you already know what needs to happen, but you need help creating structure, discipline, accountability, and follow-through.

Coaching can help you develop a practical plan for your priorities, habits, schedule, goals, responsibilities, and leadership growth.

The goal is not to become busy or performance-driven. The goal is to live with greater faithfulness, stewardship, wisdom, and self-control.

            What to Expect

Your coaching session is a focused conversation designed to help you gain clarity and take action.

Depending on your situation, we may work through:

            • What is happening in your life right now
            • What you want or need to change
            • What biblical principles apply
            • What obstacles are getting in the way
            • What options are available
            • What your next faithful step should be
            • What plan, support, or accountability may help you move forward

Some clients book one session for a specific decision or issue. Others continue for multiple sessions to work through deeper life direction, calling, habits, leadership, relationships, or personal growth.

              Coaching, Counseling, or Deliverance?

Different situations need different kinds of support.

Christian life coaching is usually best when you want clarity, wisdom, strategy, accountability, and practical next steps.

Biblical counseling may be a better fit when you are working through deeper pain, ongoing emotional or relational struggles, sin patterns, grief, trauma, or a need for more pastoral care.

Deliverance and inner healing may be a better fit when you are specifically seeking spiritual freedom, prayer ministry, or help addressing areas of bondage, oppression, or inner wounds.

You do not need to know perfectly which service is right for you. Start with the option that seems closest, and we can help point you in the right direction.

              2. Client understands that they will receive an email with a link to complete a new client profile and liability waiver. They must complete this paperwork and sign it, 4-hours or more, BEFORE their scheduled appointment time, in order to give their counselor adequate time to review it and prepare for their appointment.

              Preparing for Your Appointment

First-time new client appointments – This session is scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to provide adequate time for scheduling the session and time to fill out the appropriate paperwork prior to the session. It also gives you time to deal with technical issues such as setting up and testing your webcam, microphone, internet connection, determining a private place to have your session, etc.

Paperwork – Once you book your appointment we will email you paperwork to complete online before your appointment. It is your responsibility to complete and submit your online paperwork before our session time. Contact our office by phone if you haven’t received your new client forms by email within 4 hours. You will know that they have successfully been submitted when you receive a confirmation email that includes a PDF copy for your own records. Please note that if you don’t fill it out completely, use your legal name, or don’t submit it at least two hours before your session then you will need to reschedule your appointment. The paperwork is filled out and signed online. This works best from a computer or tablet. If you’re not very technically savvy please keep all of this in mind and schedule your session several days from now to give yourself enough time to complete it.

Virtual Appointment Link – Your link is already embedded in the appointment and payment receipt email you will receive after you schedule your appointment. Be sure not to delete this email. If you received your appointment time and payment confirmation email but don’t see the link button in it please contact us ASAP. Do not wait until your session time has already started to mention this to your counselor. Thank you.

Technical Issues – It is your responsibility to test your Appointment link prior to your session time and make sure that your device’s video, audio, and internet connection/speed is working well on your end. The link will work even before your session time. If your device or connection is not working contact us by phone at +1 727-537-6727 ASAP, 24-hours or more before your appointment time, to reschedule it for a later date.

If you wait until your appointment time and your counselor has to sit around and wait for you, you will have to pay for that time, and it will come out of your appointments’ time. If you’re not very technically savvy please keep all of this in mind and schedule your appointment several days from now to give yourself enough time to make sure all of this is working prior to your time.
